How much does shipping and delivery cost ?
JC FURNITURE COMPANY can offer custom shipping quotes, flat rate, discount and/or free shipping during certain promotional periods throughout the year. Shipping cost will vary based upon the sales promotion, weights, size and type of items, ship to locations, type of truck needed for delivery, additional assistance needed, white glove delivery. We as a standard offer curbside shipping and delivery within the continental USA only. Shipping options currently do not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other territories. Is store pickup available ?
Store pickup is available during store hours if we have the item in stock at our store. Our brick and mortar store address is 2116 North Roan Street Suite 1B, Johnson City, TN 37601. We recommend to call ahead and confirm the item of interest is in stock prior to making trip.
How long will it take to receive my items ?
Generally if items are in stock in our warehouse or the manufacturer has in stock for quick ship items typically would take 2-4 weeks. Custom items tend to be around the 16 week range and increase from this point due to numerous factors such as the manufacturer delays and backorders, location items are coming from, shipping and container issues. There are too many factors especially with shipping that we can not guarantee any specific dates or time frames. Some of the companies we work with are delivering to us within 2-4 weeks while others take longer. What are your brick and mortar store hours?
Store Hours: Monday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm EST. Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm. Daily store hours are always subject to change without notice. There may be variable hours on holidays so customer may call store at (423)335-4780 to verify business hours.
What can I expect for taxes ?
Customers that place an order online to be delivered outside the state of Tennessee will not be charged sales tax by JC Furniture Company but it is your responsibility to make sure you follow the tax laws of the respective state for which the merchandise will be delivered. Tennessee sales tax must be collected for but not limited to: In-store retail purchases, Items shipped to an address in Tennessee, customer or entity acting in behalf of the customer comes to our store or warehouse to pick up merchandise. Current Tennessee sales tax for our location is 9.5%.

Do you offer Layaways ?
We currently do not offer a Layaway program as we find many of our customers like to use credit card for payment as many offer discounted interest promotions and allows customer to leave with the item without waiting for the completion of a layaway payment plan.
What kind of warranty are on the items that are purchased?
Most items that we sell are based on the manufacturers warranty in which many of the companies we work with will offer 1 year. The warranty plans will vary between all manufacturers as some of our companies can have select waranties that cover several years so our best recommendation is to go to the manufacturer website if this information is not offered on our site or you may give us a call at (423)335-4780 or email us at info@jcfurnitureco.com so that we may assist you.
Do you offer extended warranties?
Yes. We offer extended warranties that exceed the manufacturer warranty with Guardsman. Guardsman is one of the largest reliable warranty companies in the furniture market today. We offer several types of plans that include leather, fabric, wood, rugs and even some lighting.
